Spur gears are the most common gears that transfer motion between two parallel axes.
GearCAM software provides a variety of functions necessary for manufacturing involute type of gears (Straight, Helical, Double Helical, Herringbone) such as gear size, number of teeth, pressure angle, tooth root depth, and distance adjustment between gear and pinion.
